• Members may arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi, Kenya, any time the day the safari begins.
• Members can depart from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) in Tanzania any time after 2:30 p.m. on the day the safari ends.
• This program is best suited for adults. The minimum age requirement is 16.
• There is a limit to the amount of luggage you can bring with you on this experience. Due to the use of small, chartered aircraft, your luggage must stay under the 15 kilograms (33 pounds) weight limit. This includes any handbags or carry-on luggage that you are carrying with you on your journey.
• It is essential that you carry soft-sided bags (like duffel bags) with you on your journey (one hard-sided piece of luggage is fine). The cargo holds on the chartered planes are small, and hard-shelled suitcases will not fit and/or fill up the hold very quickly.
• A passport is required and we recommend having at least six empty visa pages per entry, and your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your stay in East Africa.
• A visa is required for travel in Kenya. The Experiences team can assist in acquiring a visa after booking.
• Please note that the Yellow Fever vaccine is required for this safari experience.
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, we will have extensive walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
• Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
• If a certain amount of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use its discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.
