  • Members should fly into Eagle County Airport (EGE) no later than 3 p.m. or Denver International Airport (DEN) no later than 1 p.m. on September 23, 2024.
  • Members can fly out of Eagle County Airport (EGE) or Denver International Airport (DEN) at any time on September 26, 2024.
  • When booking your flights, please keep in mind that Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is approximately a 35-minute drive from Eagle County Airport (EGE) and 2.5 hours from Denver International Airport (DEN).
  • The minimum age for this Inspirato Only experience is 21 years old.
  • Airport transfers are not included in your package but can be arranged through Inspirato for an additional cost.
  • Check-in at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is 4 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2023.
  • Checkout at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2023.
  • This event is not 100% exclusive to Inspirato, though we've created a private and custom itinerary offering a variety of exclusive, members-only experiences. We have a block of tickets for Elevation and other guests include entertainment industry VIPs and corporate leaders.
  • Elevation pairs the newest, hottest artists with big-name performers. The 2024 headliners will be released in late summer of 2024.
  • The Elevation event producers require the completion of a liability waiver for all attendees. This will be distributed a month before arrival.
  • By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, we will have extensive walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
  • Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
  • If a certain amount of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

  • Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded three business days after the package is rebooked.
  • Maximum occupancy: This package is designed for two travelers.
