• Members should arrive at Cape Town International Airport (CPT) by 5 p.m. on September 16, 2025.
• Members may depart from O.R. Tambo International Airport (JNB) in Johannesburg, South Africa, any time after 4:30 p.m. on September 25, 2025.
• This program is designed for adults. The minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
• Passports are required and must be valid for six months after your departure from Africa.
• There is a limit to the amount of luggage you can bring with you on this experience. Due to the use of small, chartered aircraft, your luggage must stay under the 44-pound weight limit. This includes any handbags or carry-on luggage that you are carrying with you on your journey.
• It is essential that you carry soft-sided bags (such as a duffel bag) with you on your journey. (One piece of hard-sided luggage is fine.) The cargo holds on the chartered planes are small, and hard-shelled suitcases will not fit and/or fill up the hold very quickly.
• Due to the nature of the smaller charter flights, there may be additional charges for members weighing more than 242 pounds.
• Please consult with your physician for any vaccinations recommended for this region. While no vaccines are required, the most recommended from the CDC are yellow fever, meningitis, hepatitis A/B, polio, typhoid, and malaria pills. Please speak with your physician to determine what is best for you as Inspirato cannot legally give medical advice.
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, we will have extensive walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
• Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
• If a certain number of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional information:

• Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package. If the package is resold, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
