  • Members should fly into Cairo International Airport (CAI) in Cairo, Egypt, no later than 4 p.m. on January 18, 2025.
  • Members may fly out of Cairo International Airport (CAI) in Cairo, Egypt, at any time on January 29, 2025.
  • Due to cultural differences and other factors, the beverage policy for our Egypt program differs from our European programs.
  • Alcoholic beverage importation and availability can be unpredictable. Please expect an additional expense for liquor and non-domestic wines and beers, if available.
  • This river cruise is best suited for adult passengers. Guests must be over the age of 18.
  • Passports are required and must be valid for six months after departure date from Cairo, Egypt.
  • U.S. citizens must have a visa to enter Egypt (if entering Egypt twice on the same trip, you will need a multiple entry visa).
  • There are no laundry services available during this itinerary.
  • This is a full ship charter, which means only Inspirato members and their guests will be on board.
  • This stateroom is outfitted with either a queen bed or two twin beds. Upon booking this cruise, please specify your preference with your Care team.
  • There are no triple occupancy staterooms available.
  • There are no connecting suites or staterooms on the S.S. Sphinx.
  • Dressing modestly is recommended as a show of respect for the culture and customs of the Egyptian people. In particular, women should ensure shoulders are covered and legs are concealed at least to the knee on all shore excursions throughout this itinerary.
  • This program includes some early morning activities. Flights between Cairo and Luxor may require wake-up calls at 5 a.m. or earlier. Guided tours typically begin in the morning and may include a motor coach drive.
  • Dates and activities are subject to change.
  • Ports, port times, and tender schedule are subject to change.
  • If a certain amount of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

  • Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded one day after the package is rebooked.
  • Maximum occupancy: This package is designed for two travelers.
