• Members should fly into Mariscal Sucre Quito International Airport (UIO) in Quito, Ecuador no later than 2 p.m. on November 21, 2025.
• After disembarkation, departure flights from Mariscal Sucre Quito International Airport (UIO) in Quito can be anytime after 6 p.m. local time on November 29, 2024.
• Passports are required and must be valid for six months after departure date from Quito, Ecuador.
• This expedition cruise is best suited for passengers over the age of 6 years.
• Accommodations for the night of November 21 is included in the price of the package.
• Please note, the flights to and from Galápagos Islands and Quito are not chartered flights; they are regularly scheduled flights on LAN Airlines in economy class. Names and passport information are due at least 45 days prior to sailing per air regulations from LAN Airlines.
• This is a full-ship charter. Only Inspirato members and their guests will be on board.
• Staterooms are outfitted with either one king bed or two twin beds. Upon booking this cruise, you will be given the opportunity to specify your preference.
• There are limited connecting staterooms on the Silver Origin and cannot be guaranteed. Should you be interested in this option, please contact your Care team.
• Premium and reserve alcohol selections are available for an additional charge.
• When traveling in remote regions, tide, wind, ice, and weather conditions determine the details of our itinerary. While we will do our best to run all activities as scheduled, they may be subject to change. Come with an open mind and a great sense of adventure—together, we can turn any voyage into a wonderful expedition.
• We love having groups of family and friends on board and will make every effort to accommodate your group’s requests; however, we cannot guarantee that the entire party will be able to participate in every single activity together as a group because of the intimate size of shore excursions and activities onboard.
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, there will be walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
• Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
• Ports, port times, and tender schedule are subject to change.
• If a certain amount of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use its discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded three business days after the package is rebooked.
• Maximum occupancy: This package is designed for two travelers.
