  • Members can fly into Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN) at any time on December 8, 2025; however, we suggest you arrive no later than 4 p.m. so that you can attend the included Welcome Reception that evening.
  • Members can fly out of EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg (BSL, MLH, EAP) any time after 9 a.m. on December 16, 2025.
  • This yacht cruise is designed with adult passengers in mind and is not recommended for children under the age of 12.
  • Connecting Cabins: There are only two opportunities for connecting a single Suite cabin with a Royal Suite, and only two opportunities for a Suite cabin to connect with another Suite cabin. Booking one of any cabin type does not guarantee a connecting cabin’s availability, and requests will be honored on a first-come, first served basis. Please work with your Care Team prior to booking to ensure any requests are noted. A request does not guarantee any assignments.
  • Passports are required and must be valid for six months after departure date (June 16, 2026).
  • It is helpful to have cash in the local currency when shopping in various Christmas markets.
  • By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, we will have extensive walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
  • Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
  • Water levels on the Rhine River may affect tether locations and their proximity to markets, which may result in traveling to excursions and markets via motorcoach.
  • Ports, port times, and tender schedule are subject to change.
  • If a certain amount of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

  • Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded three business days after the package is rebooked.
  • Maximum occupancy: This package is designed for two travelers.
