• Members may arrive for this safari at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) in Tanzania, any time on the day the safari starts.
• Members can depart from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) in Tanzania any time after 4:30 p.m. on the day the safari ends.
• While no vaccines are required for Tanzania, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends the following inoculations: yellow fever, malaria, meningitis, hepatitis A/B, polio, and typhoid. Please speak with your physician to determine what is best for you as Inspirato cannot legally give medical advice.
• A visa is required for travel to Tanzania. The experiences team will be able to help you acquire a visa after booking.
• There is a limit to the amount of luggage you can bring with you on this experience. Due to the use of small, chartered aircraft, your luggage must stay under the 33-pound weight limit. This includes any handbags or carry-on luggage that you are carrying with you on your journey.
• Minimum age for this experience is 16 years old.
• Airport transfers are included.
• Passports are required and must be valid for six months after departure date
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, we will have extensive walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
• Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
• If a certain number of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional information:

• Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package. If the package is resold, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
