This home is staffed, managed, and maintained by our trusted partners at The Resort at Pelican Hill Villas.
These units consist of Vista Ridge and Torrey Ridge which are two separate residences that are not directly connected, but adjacent through a shared hallway. Access is granted by an elevator that brings you to your private floor where you can enter both units.
