Terms and Conditions

INSPIRATO REWARDS RULES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

“Inspirato Rewards” are defined in your Inspirato Documents. The “Rewards Program” refers to the Inspirato Rewards program. The following Rules, Terms, and Conditions apply to the Rewards Program, which you agree to abide by for participating in Inspirato Rewards. Unless otherwise modified below, your participation in the Rewards Program is subject to your Inspirato Documents. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings proscribed to them in your Inspirato Documents.

Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend, or change the Rewards Program, including the Inspirato Rewards benefits, at any time without notice. Operator reserves the right to end the Rewards Program with 30 days’ notice. Members do not acquire property rights in

Inspirato Rewards. To be eligible for Inspirato Rewards, you must be in Good Standing. Additional terms, conditions, and restrictions may apply.

OVERVIEW AND ELIGIBILITY OF INSPIRATO REWARDS

The Rewards Program is a loyalty program offered by Operator to Eligible Members (as defined below). Eligible Members may qualify for differing tiers of the Rewards Program based on their Total Eligible Spend with Inspirato, as detailed below.

In order to quality for Inspirato Rewards, you must be an “Eligible Member.” Eligible Members only include Members who currently pay Annual Membership Fees, Monthly Membership Fees, Annual Subscriber Fees, or Invited Membership Fees for their current Membership. Eligible Members also include Members with a Saks Travel Membership. Members with a complimentary Membership shall not qualify for Inspirato Rewards.

The “Total Eligible Spend” shall include spend with Inspirato by an Eligible Member (and the Co-Member) towards their Membership only on: (i) all year-to-date Annual Membership Fees, Monthly Membership Fees, Annual Subscriber Fees, Enrollment Fees, Opportunity Fees, Additional Opportunity Fees, pre-paid Annual, or Monthly Membership Fees, Invited Membership Fees, purchase of Travel Credits (in minimum $10,000 increments only), and Taxes & Fees paid on all said spend; plus (ii) a credit equal to five percent (5%) of the Member’s Bonus Eligible Spend through December 31 of the preceding calendar year, towards the applicable Membership only. Total Eligible Spend shall be updated daily, as determined by Operator.

“Bonus Eligible Spend” shall mean all spend with Inspirato by an Eligible Member (and the Co-Member) during their current Membership term as an Eligible Member, towards their Membership only, on Annual Membership Fees, Monthly Membership Fees, Annual Subscriber Fees, Enrollment Fees, Opportunity Fees, Additional Opportunity Fees, pre- paid Annual, or Monthly Membership Fees, Invited Membership Fees, or purchase of Travel Credits during your Membership with Inspirato on or after January 1, 2017, and Taxes & Fees paid on all said spend, paid towards the applicable Membership only. If a

Member resigns their Membership and rejoins at a later date, the Member’s Bonus Eligible Spend shall: (i) be calculated starting as of the later of the date the Member rejoins or January 1, 2017; and (ii) not include any spend prior to the date the Member rejoined; unless permitted otherwise by Operator, in Operator’s sole discretion. Bonus Eligible Spend shall not include any spend prior to January 1, 2017.

Total Eligible Spend and Bonus Eligible Spend shall also include spend attributed to ER Days, in an amount determined by Inspirato in its sole discretion, for Eligible Members. For the avoidance of doubt, Total Eligible Spend and Bonus Eligible Spend shall not include Folio Charges or any charges outside of the charges detailed above.

The Rewards Program includes three (3) tiers, “PRIMA,” “MEZZA,” and “AVANTI.” Each tier requires a different Total Eligible Spend to qualify. Once you become eligible for a differing tier, you may begin enjoying the benefits of said tier immediately for the remainder of the Eligibility Period.

In the event a Member with Rewards Program status receives a cash refund during an Eligibility Period for spend that was originally attributable to Total Eligible Spend for any Eligibility Period (current or previous periods), the Member's Total Eligible Spend attainment for that current Eligibility Period shall be reduced by the total amount of the cash refund. If a Member’s Total Eligible Spend ever falls below a tier’s Total Eligible Spend requirement resulting from a cash refund, the Member will no longer hold the higher tier status as of the date of the cash refund and will receive Rewards Program status for the eligible tier based on the revised Total Eligible Spend. Bonus Eligible Spend shall also exclude all cash refunds originally attributable to the Bonus Eligible Spend.

Once you become eligible for the Rewards Program, you may begin enjoying the benefits immediately, and you’ll maintain your status for the remainder of the calendar year in which you qualified through June 30 of the following year (the “Eligibility Period”).

INSPIRATO REWARDS TIERS AND ELIGIBLE SPEND REQUIREMENTS

Total Eligible Spend requirements are as follows:

  • PRIMA: $20,000 Total Eligible Spend requirement
  • MEZZA: $35,000 Total Eligible Spend requirement
  • AVANTI: $50,000 Total Eligible Spend requirement

In the event a Member with Rewards Program status receives a cash refund during an Eligibility Period for spend that was originally attributable to Total Eligible Spend for any Eligibility Period (current or previous periods), the Member's Total Eligible Spend attainment for that current Eligibility Period shall be reduced by the total amount of the cash refund. If a Member’s Total Eligible Spend ever falls below a tier’s Total Eligible Spend requirement resulting from a cash refund, the Member will no longer hold the higher tier status as of the date of the cash refund and will receive Rewards Program status for the eligible tier based on the revised Total Eligible Spend. Bonus Eligible Spend shall also exclude all cash refunds originally attributable to the Bonus Eligible Spend.

INSPIRATO REWARDS BENEFITS

Inspirato Rewards benefits may be found on the Inspirato Rewards website (https://inspirato.com/rewards/overview/). Inspirato Rewards benefits may be applied to new eligible reservations made on or after August 8, 2023. Inspirato Rewards benefits are subject to change at any time in Operator’s sole discretion. Once an Eligible Member qualifies for the Rewards Program, Inspirato Rewards benefits include:

Managed Collection Club Booking Discounts

  • A discount based on Rewards tier, as detailed on the Inspirato Rewards website, on the subtotal (excluding taxes and fees) on certain 1 Club Opportunity reservations (the “Managed Collection”), as determined in Operator’s sole discretion, made and paid in full during the Eligibility Period (“Rewards Discounts”). Rewards Discounts shall only be applied to full-price Managed Collection bookings. Rewards Discounts are not combinable or valid with any other offers, discounts, promotions or the like, including but not limited to Jaunt bookings, JauntLiving bookings, Invited bookings, Pass reservations, ER Days bookings, IFG Trips, IFB Trips, or any discounted bookings offered by Operator, except Bonus Rewards Days.
  • Members with MEZZA or AVANTI status will receive discounts based on Rewards tier, as detailed on the Inspirato Rewards website, on certain full priced Inspirato Only bookings, as determined in Operator’s sole discretion, made and paid in full during their Eligibility Period (“Inspirato Only Discounts”). Inspirato Only Discounts are not combinable or valid with any other offers, discounts, promotions or the like, including but not limited to Jaunt bookings, JauntLiving bookings, Invited bookings, Pass reservations, ER Days bookings, IFG Trips, IFB Trips, or any discounted bookings offered by Operator.
  • Members with MEZZA or AVANTI status will receive “Bonus Rewards Days” each calendar year during their Eligibility Period, as detailed on the Inspirato Rewards website. Bonus Rewards Days shall no longer be valid or available to a Member if the Member no longer holds MEZZA or AVANTI status. Bonus Rewards Days discounts shall only be applied to full-price Managed Collection bookings. Said discounts shall be applied in addition to the applicable Rewards Discounts and on the subtotal (excluding taxes and fees). Bonus Rewards Days discounts are not combinable or valid with any other offers, discounts, promotions or the like, including but not limited to Jaunt bookings, JauntLiving bookings, Invited bookings, Pass reservations, ER Days bookings, IFG Trips, IFB Trips, or any discounted bookings offered by Operator, except Rewards Discounts.
    • MEZZA Bonus Reward Days: Members with MEZZA status may book unlimited Club reservations one (1) calendar day per calendar year during their Eligibility Period, from the Managed Collection, and shall receive an additional five percent (5%) discount on said Managed Collection reservations, in addition to the applicable Rewards Discount, if payment is made in full on the same calendar day.
    • AVANTI Bonus Rewards Days: Members with AVANTI status may book unlimited Club reservations two (2) calendar days per calendar year during their Eligibility Period, from the Managed Collection, and shall receive an additional five percent (5%) discount on said Managed Collection reservations, in addition to the applicable Rewards Discount, if payment is made in full on the same calendar day.

Early Access and Sharing

  • Members with MEZZA or AVANTI status will receive early booking access to new property releases (Opportunities) and new Inspirato Only releases (Additional Opportunities) during their Eligibility Period, as detailed on the Inspirato Rewards website.
  • Members with AVANTI status will also receive early booking access to festive/holiday Club reservations (for certain Opportunities as determined by Operator) during the Eligibility Period, as detailed on the Inspirato Rewards website.
  • Complimentary Guest Passes shall be made available during the Eligibility Period, as detailed on the Inspirato Rewards website.
    • An Inspirato Guest Pass allows you to share your Club Membership by inviting a guest of your choosing to reserve a single Club trip for the applicable nightly rate, fees, and taxes. Prior to booking or travel, the guest utilizing a Guest Pass must accept the Inspirato Guest Travel Rules, Terms and Conditions.
    • For the avoidance of doubt, Guest Pass bookings, associated with Guest Passes awarded in connection with a Member’s Rewards Program, shall not count towards the Member's Eligible Spend.
    • Guest Pass bookings, and payment of the applicable nightly rates, fees, and taxes, must be made during the Eligibility Period, otherwise said Guest Pass(es) shall expire following the Eligibility Period.

Complimentary Add-On Nights

  • Complimentary “Add-On Nights” shall mean consecutive nights you may add to the commencement or conclusion of full price Managed Collection reservations, as determined in Operator’s sole discretion, for reservations: (i) booked at least 60 days in advance of check-in; (ii) that are a minimum of three (3) nights in duration; and (iii) that occur during your Eligibility Period, as detailed on the Inspirato Rewards website.
    • Add-On Nights may only be added within five (5) days of the check- in date or five (5) days of the check-out date of the applicable reservation.
    • Add-On Nights are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
    • Add-On Nights must be consecutive nights to the nights of the applicable Managed Collection reservation.
    • For MEZZA and AVANTI Add-On Nights, the Add-On Nights must be consecutive to one another; you may not apply Add-On Nights to both commencement and conclusion of the same reservation, or differing reservations. For example, a Member with MEZZA status may not apply one (1) night prior to check-in and one (1) night following checkout.
    • For Add-On Nights at an Inspirato Residence or Hotel/Resort Residence, optional daily housekeeping is available for an additional fee to be specified by Operator. Housekeeping shall be included for Add-On Nights to a Hotel/Resort Room/Suite reservation in accordance with the property standard.
    • Add-On Nights may only be added to full-price Managed Collection reservations. Add-On Nights are combinable with Rewards Discounts and Bonus Rewards Days. Add-On Night may not be added to Jaunt bookings, JauntLiving bookings, ER Days bookings, Invited bookings, Pass reservations, IFG Trips, IFB Trips, or any discounted bookings offered by Operator, excluding Rewards Discounts and Bonus Rewards Days.

VIP Partner Benefits

  • Members with MEZZA or AVANTI status will receive certain “VIP Partner Benefits,” as determined by Operator, during their Eligibility Period.
  • VIP Partner Benefits by Rewards tier are detailed on the Inspirato Rewards website.

EXCLUSIONS

“Child” accounts linked to a Membership account with PRIMA, MEZZA, or AVANTI status are NOT eligible to receive Rewards Program benefits by association; unless permitted otherwise by Operator, in Operator’s sole discretion. Child account spend shall not be included in the Total Eligible Spend of a linked “parent” Membership account.

Premium sharing accounts, trial member accounts, Travel Membership accounts, Guest Pass holders and Members who have received a complimentary Memberships or Memberships through Inspirato for Business or Inspirato for Good are NOT eligible for the Rewards Program.
