- A tourist visa is required for all travelers departing the Mexican State of Quintana Roo. The visa is purchased online and must be completed prior to departure. The cost is approximately $10 per person.
- This room can connect to the NIZUC Ocean View Deluxe Double Room.
- Environmental tax the new TAX that will apply is $3.50 USD ($67.35 MXN) per room per night. Apply for all existing and new bookings traveling from January 1st, 2023 onwards.

- Maximum occupancy: Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this suite is three including accommodations for one on a complimentary rollaway bed. Rollaways must be requested prior to arrival and are subject to hotel availability. For any occupancy over two, the hotel charges approximately $130 per person per night. This fee is waived for children under age 12.
- Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
