Hassle free

I am pretty picky and I have no complaints on this home. My son and I made a last second trip to Charleston for Thanksgiving and met friends in Charleston. Rigney was within a few blocks to the start of the Turkey Trot as well as our friends’ homes in Charleston.
Parking in the lot next door would not have been straightforward had our concierge (Chelsey - outstanding) not met us there and walked us through the entire process. Because she did, it was a breeze and a totally hassle free way of having a car quickly available when needed.

The home was clean and not worn at all. AV was easy to use and channel availability for sports was great - not always the case

Very nice, not a fan of the setup

For 6 people this was a crowded place. The kitchen was compact and difficult to move around. The living area had a great couch but again, too crowded for 6. Having one bedroom across the hall was very inconvenient and can be disruptive for other residents on the same floor.

Great location, zero view, odd layout & steps!

The Rigney is in a great location. Seven flights of stairs was not fun after a day of touring the city and shopping! Returning to the apt after dinner and climbing 7 flights of stairs was also not what I call luxury.

Our Bull Dog tour with Tommy was less than expected. He started the tour late due to people not showing up on time and ended the tour early. He took us on a tour of a house being remodeled which seemed to be a slight bit dangerous as it was a construction site.

We loved Halls Chop House and High Cotton Jazz brunch. Next time we go to Charleston we will take the food tour.

Great location

We really enjoyed the unique property in downtown Charleston. A newly renovated building with three bedrooms and a comfortable great room/kitchen with soaring ceilings exposed brick and all new appliances. Olivia was a very engaged enthusiastic concierge who was great to deal with. The elevator is still not completed so we did need to climb to the third floor by stairs. Not a big deal for the four of us but good to know if anyone struggles with stairs. Elevator should be completed soon. Olivia and team handled our luggage so it was easy to check in / out. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect stay in Charleston

Everything about our first Inspirato trip was perfect.. from beginning to end. Our concierge Olivia was more helpful and wonderful than we had expected and the property was absolutely incredible. Clearly newly renovated and furnished, the property had more than plentiful room for our family of five to spread out and enjoy the city. I heard zero traffic noise from King street directly below us and thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to all Charleston has to offer. Thanks again for a wonderful first trip and we can't wait to be back.
