This residence comes with one complimentary valet garage parking spot.
Primary access to the unit is through the valet parking garage.
Breakfast is complimentary for Stein Eriksen Residence guests at 7880 Club. Please note breakfast is dine-in only and not available during seasonal closures of the restaurant (late fall and spring). Other dining establishments in the area do undergo seasonal closures in the fall and the spring as well.
This residence is a ground floor condo unit with a walk-out patio that can only be locked from indoors.
Please note that this property is located on the base floor of the Stein Eriksen Residences and does not have mountain or resort views.
The Stein Eriksen Residences does not allow outside guests to visit the property.
No snowboards are allowed at Deer Valley, but they are allowed at nearby Park City Mountain Resort (this resort offers half-pipes and terrain park features as well).
Stein Eriksen Residences utilizes a third-party service for stocking groceries. Guests will be provided with a form to order groceries through the third-party vendor; all service and grocery item costs are the responsibility of the guest and can be paid directly to the vendor or through the resort folio to be paid upon check-out.
Please note there will be construction taking place April 13 - June 30, 2026. Construction will be focused on the North building where this home is located. There may be construction noise as well as visible workers. Please contact your Care team for additional information.

Location

Accessing Deer Valley and Park City is quick and convenient. Fly into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), hop in a shuttle or rent a car and arrive at your hotel 39 miles later via interstate highways. With hundreds of flights arriving and departing each day, you'll be able to maximize your time. Many flights arrive before noon, leaving plenty of time to warm up the ski legs in the afternoon. If you prefer a private transfer from the airport, your concierge will be happy to make arrangements for you. If you want to explore further, a rental car is your best option. We recommend club partner Avis. Inspirato members receive exclusive benefits through the invitation-only Avis President’s Club. Free dial-a-ride service is available in the resort area, as well.

This particular room is absolutely a "no-go"

This room is located and accessible only via the parking garage and is sub-grade.... like a "garden-level" apartment with only a view of a concrete wall and the street above. The description does say that the room does not have a view of the mountains, which is true. Next door to this room is an electrical work room/office that operates 24/7. You can hear the phone ringing in the office from inside this room. The hallway outside the room is crowded with housekeeping carts as the laundry room, which also operates 24/7 is located at the end of this short hall. Think twice and then again and pass on this particular room. Perhaps others in the complex are more satisfactory, we have no way to know. As hard as we tried to secure another space, the answer was no.

Stein Eriksen Residence Club

The residence club is very nice. This particular unit is not one where we would stay again. The unit is basically located in the parking garage next to a maintenance entrance. The maintenance door is constantly slamming and employees congregate in area (very noisy). The Inspirato website description says "no view" that really doesn't do justice to the location. The view is a cinderblock wall from the living room; and below street level from the BR. The bedroom has an industrial door that does not totally street light at night; and lets in cold air. The fireplace in the unit did not function for the entire stay. We've stayed at the SRC before and have been pleased. this particular unit was not a pleasant experience for us.

Wonderful Christmas Stay

We stayed at the Stein Eriksen Residences in Deer Valley during Christmas week 2025, and overall had a fantastic experience.

The property itself is excellent. Our room was beautifully furnished, well laid out, and stocked with high-quality amenities that made it feel comfortable and upscale. The only minor drawback was that our unit did not have a view, but this was clearly disclosed in Inspirato's description before booking, so it was not a surprise.

One of the highlights for our family was the pool area. The heated pool that allows you to swim from indoors to outdoors was a huge hit with both my wife and our daughter and felt especially special during winter.

The onsite restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast was included, the food quality was excellent, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. It was a great way to start each day without needing to go anywhere.

Transportation was another big plus. The resort provides complimentary house transportation to both Deer Valley and Park City, which was incredibly convenient. We rented a car since we flew into Salt Lake City, but in hindsight, we likely could have skipped the rental altogether and relied on the resort's courtesy shuttle for the duration of our stay.

While the property is technically ski-in/ski-out, we weren't able to take advantage of that feature due to the lack of snow during Christmas week. That said, this was entirely weather-related and not a reflection of the resort itself.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. The combination of comfort, service, family-friendly amenities, and thoughtful extras made this a memorable holiday trip.

Great 1 bedroom option at Stein Erikson Residences

We've stayed with extended family in bigger units in Stein Erikson Residences many times before and have always loved it. My husband and I were looking to take a ski trip just the two of us and were excited to see that Inspirato added a one bedroom option. As always, the unit was spacious and well appointed, the staff at the Residences is super professional and the ski in/ski out mid-mountain is terrific. The only thing we were disappointed about was the location of the unit in the building. It is on the basement level next to the parking garage and the only unit on that level. The windows in the main living area do get natural light but look out onto a cinder block wall. Just wish we knew that before hand and set our expectations. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
