- Cancellation policy: Reservations must be canceled 45 days prior to arrival to avoid a fee of the full cost of the reservation plus tax. All refunds will be in the form of Travel Credits.

- Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
