  • A resort fee of $55 plus tax per night is included in your reservation. This covers self-parking, but please note that valet parking is available for an additional $35 per day.
  • Your resort fee includes one complimentary hour of tennis court time daily. Additional court time is available for an additional charge.
  • The hotel will be conducting pool and waterslide repairs August 18th - 30th, 2024. Please note that construction work may be visible and audible during this time. Please contact your Care Team for further information regarding closures, alternate offerings and the anticipated work schedule.

  • Cancellation policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival. Festive Reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival. All late cancellations will be subject to a penalty of two night’s room rate including tax. All refunds will be in the form of Travel Credits..
  • Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy is four and cannot be exceeded.
