Great Property - Service could improve a bit...

The Kona Village property is very nice and very big. Distances from the restaurants to the cabins require some walking or the use of the bikes that are scattered all over the property. If you're not comfortable with either, you can call for a ride in a golf cart but that may involve some wait times. The cabins are private, new and well appointed. No TVs but that didn't bother us much. Staff has a good attitude and is very friendly but at times the organization seemed a bit off and the operation seemed a bit understaffed. Restaurants have great locations, food is good but not great and they are very pricey. Having said all that, we did enjoy our week there a lot.
