- Cancellation policy: Reservations must be canceled more than three days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 2 nights' room and tax. No-shows and early departures will incur a 2 nights' room and tax penalty. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy. A rollaway bed may be placed in the suite for a fee of 110 euros per guest per night.
