Location

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is one of the busiest airports in the world and is located about 40 minutes from the Peninsula Beverly Hills. L.A. traffic is notoriously congested, so we do not recommend driving in the city. Taxis are abundant and your concierge can easily arrange for private transportation to take you around town. You could also take advantage of the posh hotel’s house cars (chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royces) which are available for complimentary transport within a few miles.

The Peninsula Has never been better

Truly remarkable as the hotel has spent the time to completely renovate this classic and has elevated its service to a truly new high point!

Beautiful Hotel with several issues

First time booking a Hotel (it was a five star) and I had several issues. The Hotel was being remodeled and we were not aware of this before the fact. Our room was not what was described in the booking as well as the breakfast for two not in the Hotel records. When I checked in the reservation was under my husbands name and my girlfriends name along with a note addressed to them in the room. The Hotel always addressed us as my girlfriends last name . I spent time on the phone upon arriving trying to resolve the situation, which is not a way to start off a trip. I was given a option from Inspirato for the room booked plus an additional, and then received a call back not having that offer but a much smaller compensation. The room was never changed but the breakfast was resolved. The Hotel was excellent!
