- This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
- Please note that when staying in this home, you will not have access to the Esperanza Hotel pools; you will have access to the Punta Ballena Beach Club pool.
- The weather during the summer is so nice that the private pool at this home only needs to be heated seasonally (November to May).
- The beach at the resort is a wonderful place to lay out and build sandcastles but is not recommended for swimming. There are many swimmable beaches 10 to 15 minutes away in either direction.
Additional Information:
- Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year's weeks and certain other travel dates.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy at the rate of $50 per guest, per night. Additional guests are accommodated on two Queen size pull-out sofas located in the living area of bedroom five and in the family room.
