Location

Inspirato SoHo at The Dominick is located approximately 40 minutes from any of the three major New York airports: LaGuardia (LGA), John F. Kennedy (JFK), or Newark (EWR). Travelers from East Coast cities such as Boston, Providence, New Haven, or the Washington D.C. areas can also travel by train to Penn Station, which is only two miles from the hotel. We do not recommend driving in New York; the city’s extensive public transportation system and abundance of taxis make getting around without a car easy. Even better, your hotel is located in the heart of Lower Manhattan with endless restaurants, shops, galleries, and activities within walking distance, and an easy cab or subway ride to world-famous New York locales Times Square, Broadway, Central Park, Wall Street, and the One World Trade Center.

Fathers Day Trip

This is a very nice hotel. Service is on point. Rooms are spacious. We choose a two bedroom. Its really two seperate rooms that have a seperate door to the entry that can be locked off. It worked perfectly for us, adults in a suite and kids in a seperate standard room.

The location is great, edge of Soho. Easy access to most of lower Manhattan.

Hotel is older. Rooms could use updating. If you are looking for something new and modern this is probably not it. But please don't take this as it is not a nice place to stay. We have booked our third trip to this hotel later this summer.

Great place to stay in NY

We loved our stay at the Dominick. The rooms are well sized for NYC and the staff is great. The location is close to the subways. Like others have said, the hotel could use some updating but the rooms and beds are very comfortable and the views are great.

The 2br suite is great for two groups. There is a king room and a 1br suite that have separate doors but share a small corridor. If you are traveling as a couple or with a young kid, you are better off with a 1BR suite because the 2nd hotel room isn't really needed.

Spectacular City Views

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at the Dominick. It is a one bedroom suite with a completely separate regular hotel room, each with its own private entrance and closed off by a single door in the hall. The set up worked well for us and our adult son and wife. They had complete privacy, but we could close the hall door and leave our door open if they wanted to hang out in the living area. The views are incredible! We had a view of the river and the Empire State Building. At night, the city lights sparkled! The service was very good. We did not have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant, but hope to on our next visit.
