Advance reservations are required for access to Rarities, a private on-site lounge featuring a world-class selection of spirits. Rarities is open Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to midnight.
Most rooms are not equipped with coffee makers, but they are available upon request for an additional charge which is paid by the member upon checkout.
This suite is comprised of a Towers Corner Suite that is connected to a Towers Queen/Queen room.
Effective August 1, 2024, a nightly taxed fee of $20 per bedroom will be implemented on all new reservations. This fee supports the ongoing preservation of the historic Villard Mansion, a treasured part of New York City's heritage since 1882. By contributing to this fund, guests help ensure the mansion's unique historical and architectural legacy is maintained for future generations to experience and enjoy.

Additional Information:

Cancellation policy: Lotte New York Palace upholds a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please arrange cancellations by 12 noon (local time) one day prior to arrival to avoid payment of one night's room and taxes. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this unit is eight, including accommodations for two on a queen sleeper sofa. One rollaway bed may be requested prior to arrival for a fee of $100+ per night (fee is subject to change). Rollaways are subject to hotel availability.
Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.

Location

Lotte New York Palace is located in the heart of New York City, about a 20-minute drive from LaGuardia Airport (LGA), about a 30-minute drive from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and about 50 minutes from Newark Liberty International (EWR). From all airports, a taxi or private limo is recommended. Please note, a taxi will not take more than four people. Traffic is constant and parking fees are expensive, so we recommend either taking a taxi, public transportation or reserving a private car.

Service was "ok"

Check in process was very painful and late. 4:30pm check in but requested and confirmed an early check in. When we arrived they told us the room would be ready in an hour. The room as ready in 4 hours and no phone call to let us know. I had a meeting prior to 4:00pm and needed to change clothing for the meeting. Front desk sent me to the public restroom. Once checked in to our two bedroom suite, room was great however no coffee, utensils or glasses.

Overall, it was an "ok" experience. Not great value for the money and not Inspirato typical experience or standards.

Amazing Experience in NYC!

The Towers at the Lotte New York Palace was a beautiful hotel right in the heart of midtown. The corner suite was especially spacious with 2 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large living space and bar area. The views were amazing from the suite on the 50th floor and we were across the street from St. Peters Cathedral, right near Rockefeller Center. It was a great location, easy to walk to theater district or to Central Park. The concierge was extremely helpful in providing dining recommendations (all of which were exceptional) and any other help we needed with our planning. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Even with discount, overpriced

The location was great. The room was great. However, the advertised car service was not available. The advertised bar with rare whiskies was not available. The hotel itself felt a little aged and was extremely quiet. It was a block off Madison Avenue and close to Central Park. I wish we would have stayed some place more “hip” and exciting. I feel like we spent a lot on a room/hotel where we ended up spending very little of our time and had few amenities for the price.

Beautiful weekend in NYC

We used the hotel's sitter service and were so happy and relieved. Our kids asked if they could have the same sitter the next time we visited NYC. The hotel room was wonderfully spacious, the staff were incredible and we loved being in the heart of the city able to walk anywhere. We look forward to returning sooner rather than later because our stay was so easy to book, plan and execute.
