If you're planning on renting a car, don't forget that driving in Paradise Island is on the left side of the road. To avoid any disorientation, taxis, jitneys, and ferry boats are readily available and will get you to where you want to be.

Gulf Stream currents and trade winds lend themselves to the lovely semi-tropical climate of The Islands of the Bahamas. There is no bad time to visit Paradise Island as average temperatures range from 65 to 90 degrees and most days guarantee sunshine and comfort. Water temperatures range 80 degrees in the summer to 70 degrees in winter. Afternoon showers can be expected between May and November.
