Location

Accessing Deer Valley and Park City is quick and convenient. Fly into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), hop in a shuttle or rent a car, and arrive at this Main Street residence 33 miles later via interstate highways. With hundreds of flights arriving and departing each day, you'll be able to maximize your time. Many flights arrive before noon, leaving plenty of time to warm up the ski legs in the afternoon. If you prefer a private transfer from the airport, your concierge will be happy to make arrangements for you.

If you want to stay in town and ski Park City Mountain, you won’t need a rental car. If you want to explore beyond Park City, a rental car is your best option. We recommend Club partner Avis and highly encourage driving or renting a four-wheel drive vehicle for your stay, especially during the winter months.

Terrific stay at Tycoon

Wonderful place. Very spacious and comfortable. Well appointed, and just a short walk into town. Our destination concierge Brenna was fantastic, helped with a bunch of info and responded to everything quickly. Only callout is the place has four levels so be prepared for stairs, and the walk into town is short but also has a lot of stairs. A great ski town accommodation if you don't need ski-in, ski-out

Close to downtown; easy access to surrounding area

This home is easy walking distance to downtown Park City, but it is also conveniently located for quick access by car to the surrounding area. The decks and large windows provide amazing views of the sunset, and the living areas were comfortable for gathering together. Our kids loved the indoor shuffleboard and the large, sturdy bunk beds. With bedrooms on different levels, it offers lots of space for people to spread out. However, it may not be ideal for families with young children who get up during the night. Given that guests don't have access to an elevator, I recommend packing in bags that are easy to carry up and down four flights of stairs.

We visited Park City in July, when weather was exceptionally warm (~90 degrees). For summer visitors, it is important to know that only two bedrooms have A/C, and the system struggled to keep up with heat. The concierge provided us with fans, and it does cool off in the evenings (~50 degrees) so that you can open windows once the sun goes down. We keep our house cool year-round, so we found it uncomfortably warm.

Park City & Deer Valley have great food and tons of activities. Fly Fishing with Rocky Mountain Outfitters was a fantastic experience for children and adults alike. And, downhill mountain biking at Deer Valley (with a guide/coach) was also a success. The UTV rental was fun, but it is hard driving and not recommended for young children who may get motion sickness.

We didn't have nearly enough time to experience all that the area has to offer and are looking forward to a future vacation here.

Lots of steps! Centrally located.

Nice home for a group of friends with the privacy of 5 bedrooms on 4 different floors, each with adequate ensuite bathrooms and closets. With that comes lots of stairs!. Gorgeous view of downtown, but again not for the faint of heart - 8 minute walk to town, 16 minutes back with the stairs.
