- Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled less than 21 days in advance will result in payment of two nights of stay. Should the guest fail to arrive by 5 a.m. EST on the day after the arrival date of the reservation, the booking will be deemed a no-show. No-show reservations are subject to a penalty of 100% room and tax per reservation. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
