This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
Your private, sun-soaked pool is not heated.
Bedrooms one, two, three and the kids’ room are located on the second floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase. The kids' room is connected to bedroom three. These bedrooms share a bathroom and closet but can be closed off and separated.
Your dedicated chef will prepare two meals per day with a one-time fee of $100 plus cost of groceries.
A resort fee of $100 per day covers access to Eden Roc’s beach club, pools, restaurants, kid's club, and spa but it does excludes access to the Fitness & Training Center as members and guests have access to a shared fitness center. This fee will be added to your Inspirato folio.
Blackout dates for Eden Roc Beach Club may occur over festive weeks, including Easter and New Years. During Blackout dates, members do not pay the resort fee and have access to Juanillo Beach.
This home is located right next to the water on a rocky shoreline. You cannot swim directly outside, but the beach at EdenRoc Beach Club is just five minutes away.
Beach conditions change frequently and you may experience an unusual amount of seaweed on the beach during your visit. Please contact your Care team for the most up-to-date information.
Tee times are needed in order to play Punta Espada Golf Club and Las Iguanas Golf Course. Contact your Destination team to schedule tee times.
Please note that Las Iguanas Golf Course will be closed for maintenance during the month of May while Punta Espada Golf Course will be closed during June.

Location

Fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), located in the eastern Dominican Republic. Direct flights are available from many U.S. cities, including Miami, Charlotte, New York, Atlanta and Newark.

Once you arrive at your residence, you'll likely find a rental car isn't necessary. Beaches and resort amenities are close at hand. Your Destination Concierge is happy to arrange transportation from the airport and also to discuss an Avis rental car if you think you'll want to explore a bit more.

Excellent Trip

We had such an incredible stay in our Inspirato home in the Dominican Republic, thanks to an amazing team who made everything effortless.

Jose, our butler, was simply the best—always checking in, serving beautiful breakfasts, snacks, and making the most delicious fresh margaritas. Chef Junior treated us to wonderful meals, including a standout fajita dinner. It was super nice to wake up and have hot coffee and breakfast waiting.

Damar, our concierge, was phenomenal. He helped plan everything before we arrived and was available 24/7, handling every detail (even our last-minute changes!) without missing a beat. He also arranged an unforgettable experience with a group of masseuses—massages outside on the lawn, under the coconut trees, overlooking the ocean.

Our housekeeper kept everything immaculate, and the two golf carts made exploring the property so easy and fun. We also loved having access to Eden Roc Beach Club—such a beautiful spot for a relaxing beach day. And Punta Espada Golf Club is absolutely stunning—truly a must-play course.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience—we will be back.

Wonderful Spring Break With Kids

My partner and I had a wonderful experience over spring break with 4 children ages 5-19. The experience was in equal part due to the property as it was due to the Inspirato Team on site. The house is gorgeous, spacious, airy and the property is nicer than in the photos with the endless aqua blue sea views from morning to sunset from every room, a magnificent balcony and large yard with coconut trees and pool from which to enjoy lovely sunsets. Layout is great wit the large bedrooms mostly upstairs and social spaces downstairs. We took a private boat charter to Palmilla and Soana island and I would strongly recommend that. Access to Eden Roc and facilities made it a great "villa inside a resort" feel. I would strongly recommend exploring other local beaches such as Juanillo and Playa Blanca. Our great experience with the home became exceptional because of the team. Damar the onsite manager/ concierge greeted us and spent an hour driving us around on the golf cart to show us local beaches, activities, and other helpful things. He communicated often (without overbearing) and arranged just about everything even though this trip was last minute. He seemed always available even late at night to respond to questions about the next day plans. He handled groceries to purchasing tickets for activities that the kids enjoyed. He made great restaurant recommendations and upon our approval immediately coordinated reservations, transportation, beach passes and arrangements etc. Within a day or two he observed our timings and habits and made plans accordingly. Johan (John) who was the in-house attendant was incredible. My fiancée and kids loved him. He was up early to play with our 5 year old and let him have breakfast that the chef prepared daily while the rest of us slept in a bit longer. He was available to make and bring drinks when we were enjoying the property but was nicely "invisible" when the family wanted to have personal/ private time together. No matter how late or how early our needs were -he accommodated without even us asking. Cannot say enough nice things about him. Finally Junior - our chef was a wonderful man with great culinary skills and the best breakfast spreads we have had at an inspirato property. The two dinners we had were also amongst the best meals during our week. Overall the team took a very nice experience and made it exceptional. Strongly recommend this experience if you are considering Punta Cana

Wonderful house, exceptional staff.

My wife and I had our family for a week. Eight adults and four grandchildren, all under the age of 4. From the moment we arrived Damar (concierge), Joan (Butler) and Junior (Chef) were all very accommodating and provided us warm and caring exception serviceDamar coordinated golf, spa treatments and transportation for everyone and a birthday event for the 4- and 3-year-old (ballons cake & piñata). We elected to eat breakfast and dinner in the villa each day for ease with the children. Lunches were at Eden Roc resort, minutes away. The food was wonderful and Joan was there for anything we needed especially afternoon margaritas. We are all ready to go back for another trip. It was really that great. Also, kids enjoyed Kids club at Eden Roc. .

Wonderful group vacation

We booked this villa and its neighbor as a chance for multiple families with teenage kids to spend time together over spring break. The villa was lovely, clean, well-maintained, and located in an ideal spot. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The butler/chef/concierge combo were unbeatable...they really went above and beyond to make every day excellent. They treated the entire group as welcomed guests from start to finish. Access to the beach club at Eden Roc is the cherry on top for those who want a change of scene, a chance to swim in the ocean, a night out, or a spa day. Would highly recommend Villa Bagua and Villa Caona to anyone.

As close to perfect as possible

Staff was there at our beck and call. Johnie our butler was always there with a smile and or a drink in hand. Javier’s cooking was phenomenal and although we went out on several occasions there was no need to. Carolyn our concierge to care of everything and was immediately responsive to any emergency or change in plans. The property is very well kept by the staff and the house clean g staff are hard working so everything is slick and span. LOVED it!!!!
