Location

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is about a 45-minute drive from WaterColor Resort and your residence. Daily and seasonal nonstop flights are available from Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, St. Louis, and Nashville, among others.

Once you land, it's wise to have a rental car reservation waiting for you. We also highly recommend asking your Destination Concierge to rent bikes and helmets for your entire group. WaterColor Resort is spread out across nearly 500 acres, so riding bikes or strolling along its network of trails is a scenic and pleasant way to get around.

Loved this home

This was our second time to Rosemary each - but our first with Inspirato, and it was a game changer. Hannah, our Concierge, nailed it. We were traveling with 5 kids under 8 and she had us set up with everything we needed. One of our boys had a birthday while there, and she made it very special for him. Camp WaterColor was a hit and a close golf cart ride. The private beach was a 5 min walk. Walking to Seaside was no problem. The home was in great shape, had tons of space, everything we needed, and was in a perfect location. We will be back for sure.

Watercolor is lovely, home a bit dated

WaterColor is a wonderful, family-friendly community—think Palmetto Bluff, just not quite as posh.

The house itself shows its early-2000s age; some décor and finishes are worn and ready for updating. That said, the carriage house is great, the location couldn't be better, and there's plenty of room for a group of 10–12.

The real standout is the destination concierge, Jinny. She was extraordinary and went above and beyond to make our stay genuinely special.

Spacious, close to everything, perfect

Hannah warmly welcomed us at the house upon our arrival and responded immediately to any requests (bikes, dinner reservations, etc). This large home was perfect for 4 couples with 4 king sized beds and 2 very nice lounge areas. It is so close to the Beach Club and an easy walk to the beach and to the Seaside shopping and food trucks. Daily housekeeping was great. Just a small nit, but the house could be updated with painting.

All in all a great time!

Fantastic Trip!

Wonderful house and community. Watercolor is great for a family trip. The house was good with a great locations, and the location staff was wonderful. Hannah was very helpful and the planning process with Barbera was great. We will be back.
