- Cancellation policy: Chromata has a unique cancellation policy that varies by length of stay, holidays and how much notice is given prior to canceling. Reservations of five or more rooms will be considered non-refundable. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
- Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this suite is five, with accommodations for one adult on a full-sized sofa bed. The hotel charges 120 euros per night for use of the sofa bed. Rollaways are not permitted.
- Pet policy: No pets allowed.
