Great for extended family stays

We just finished up a trip and stayed at Galavant. The house worked perfectly for our large group and we loved the cottage since we had one little one with us. It is so beautiful there and there was no shortage of things to do. We did fly fishing, rafting, golfing, bike riding, etc..

The location gave us plenty of opportunities to do some day trips from there as well.

I think my favorite part of the trip was the day we rented E-bikes. The famous trail there is the Rio Grande Trail which we did and it was beautiful - make sure to stop at Woody Creek Tavern for lunch!!

BUT..We found the Aspen East Trail by mistake and it was spectacular!! You can ride the bikes up into Independance Pass right from downtown Aspen.

I have been to a lot of places, and I would put Aspen right up there with my favorites.

Five star experience in Snowmass!

Our trip was fantastic!!! The house is beautiful and perfectly appointed. Stella, the property concierge, made our stay so easy as all the groceries were stocked when we arrived and all house information was clearly communicated including complimentary parking at The LIttle Nell, how to make reservations for Maroon Bells and admission to the Caribou Club. And the housekeeping team made our stay as clean & comfortable as a hotel, but with the convenience of a gorgeous kitchen where we cooked delicious meals and ate outside enjoying the beautiful views.

Galavant Snowmass Village

Just returned from a week in this beautiful modern home with gorgeous views. There were 9 of us total. Two couples and 5 young adults in their 20s. Several areas to hang out- one on each of the 3 levels plus a theatre room. There are lots of stairs even within each level. Maybe not the best for little ones or anyone with mobility issues. Great hot tub. Mudroom is fantastic for keeping gear organized. Beautiful kitchen but dining table only seats 6-8 when home holds 14.
The retractable TV on the main level is not operational so that was a bummer since the main level offers the best entertaining space right off the kitchen.

The Snowmass team was very attentive and took care of any little issues quickly and efficiently. We loved the welcome gift of cookies and hot chocolate so much we found the bakery - Paradise in Aspen and restocked our cookie supply a few times during our stay. 2 outdoor decks have heated floors and one has a great outdoor kitchen with top notch grill. We made a meal and ordered in and were happy to have nights to chill at the house and enjoy the amenities. Several showers have a steam function which was great. Really great property minutes from Snowmass and very close to Buttermilk and Aspen. Take advantage of Inspirato's valet parking arrangement in Aspen and check out the Caribou Club. It was a unique experience for sure. The video tour on the website really gives you a sense of the home.

Incredible

This home was amazing! on site concierge was great. Very attentive. I blew up her phone after hours a few times and she picked right up and took care of all of it. She was super cool and gave us 5 star service. Home is Super close to Snowmass and not too far from Ajax. Home has great big windows that look out to the woods and we had a fox come right up to the door a couple of days in a row. I can’t wait to stay here again. Was very special. Great kitchen, amazing layout. Master is upstairs and away from the riff raff of the kids. Home has a ping pong table/pool table, peleton (not that we used it as our legs were charred from the slopes) Plenty of space and just a great vibe all around. We absolutely loved it.

MUD SEASON in Snowmass

Our family traveled from all over the US to join us for a week in Snowmass. Yes it was MUD SEASON and there were not many people there, not all restaurants were open, and the ski areas were not open. HOWEVER - we had a great time because GALAVANT is a large and wonderful house that the family could have privacy but still have lots to do, sledding, movies, fire pits, outdoor BBQ, game room and convenient to Aspen. We had an excellent day fly fishing, hiked to Maroon Bells, enjoyed Ashcroft mining town, hiked along the Roaring Fork, shopped in Aspen, ice skated at Aspen Recreation Center, and had an absolutely wonderful private chief prepared family meal. So it turned out to be a great time to be there and with the help of the local Inspirato team we had a very good week in a beautifully designed, furnished, fitted out and appointed home.
