Great Trip

This was a great experience and location. Very nice, staff was great, and room was amazing. This was our first time in Turks, so a couple of things to keep in mind if you are looking to stay here:

1. There are only two dinner restaurants, so if you want to explore other locations you either have to (i) due the shuttle to other locations, (ii) take a taxi, or (iii) rent a car. We rented a car and it was the best decision. Its not hard to drive on the other side of the road and we ended up using it a bunch of times since we wanted to explore.

2. This location is on the Long Bay side of the Island and not the Grace Bay. All of the very clear waters at the beaches are on Grace Bay side. That being said, the Grace Bay has far more people associated with it, so if you prefer a more quite and relaxed beach, then the Long Bay side is it. To be clear, there are great waters here, just not the crystal clear sands right up to the beach.

3. Food was pretty good and no complaints in that regards. Sushi was fantastic at the Sushi restaurant.

4. If you haven't been to Turks, just know that it is expensive in a very weird way. This is not to say one cannot afford it, but the prices are not similar to Dominican Republic or similar islands.

5. Do get the Fast Pass (trust me) and also the private transfer and/or rent a car. Will very much help you avoid headaches.

6. I would go again and stay here. Great times.

Poor service, terrible food

Not a place for people who like food or good service. Room was incredible. Buffet and lunch selection was something you'd get at a 3 star hotel.

Amazing view, location, and good service

The view was amazing from our room. Very spacious! Nice perk with washer dryer and full kitchen.

two different pools adult only that looks out towards the ocean. The staff was very accommodating and even stayed open late to serve us a meal one evening. I was surprised at how fresh and good the food was. We would go back and stay longer next time!
