• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
• Not pictured in these photos is a newly constructed privacy fence that sits along the side of this home’s private pool. This provides a more intimate patio and pool space without obstructing any ocean views.
• This home is adjacent to two identical villas, Villa Eos and Villa Hyperion. Please contact your Care team to book multiple homes.
• This home is located on the southern side of the island; it’s great for recreational activities and is a bit more secluded than Grace Bay.
• The pool at this home is not heated.
• Please note that any grocery delivery after the initial delivery will incur a fee of $75 per order.
• This home is on the windier side of the island, resulting in potentially stronger water currents. Please take caution when enjoying water activities.
• Please note that beach conditions can change seasonally and you may experience varying amounts of seaweed on the beach during your visit.
• Spa services and yoga instruction can be arranged. Ask your concierge for more details.
• Please note there are no handrails on the interior stairs.

• Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
• Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests may be accommodated over the stated occupancy at a rate of $50 per guest per night. These guests are accommodated on a sleeper sofa.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
