Tuscany Perfection

We had a great experience from all the great planning with Nadia who was the best planner to Simone who let us at the house and took care of us all week. The house is as described with lots of rooms and space with steps and elevations changes. The wine room is great space. All of the bedrooms we used were great and AC was being pushed to limits with some of recent heat they were experiencing. The pools space is very relaxing. We had two masseuses come in one day to give us all massages and they were great. Definitely bring in Nando for some chef experiences. Highly recommend pizza night your first night. The pasta making class and dinner was fantastic with Nando’s team. Do yourself a favor and do the wine tour at Colle Bereto as it was special place with the nicest staff. So many great experiences to share so just get with Nadia and you can’t go wrong.

A Perfect Week in Chianti

We had an amazing time staying in an Inspirato house near Radda in Chianti with another family. The setting was incredible—rolling vineyards, quiet hills, and that classic Tuscan charm.

With three kids between us, the days were a great mix of exploring nearby villages and relaxing at the house while the kids played and swam. The best part was the easy rhythm we fell into—good food, great wine, and long evenings together.

It was one of those trips that just worked perfectly—fun for the kids and genuinely relaxing for the adults.

Large home in great area for wine tasting

Large home good for groups or extended family located in rural area and a good home base for wine tasting trips or just a destination in and of itself if you are looking for some quiet relaxation. Chef Nando is a must for a Pizza Party or a cooking lesson for your group.

Postcard perfection

The villa is spectacular. It is both ancient and (stones and beams) and modern (contemporary conveniences.). It is just outside of Radda-in-Chianti, a pleasant town, and near to many sites worth visiting. The only reason we might not go back is that we might want to try one of the other Inspirato Villas in Tuscany! Members should know, though, that the villa has many levels with uneven floors and irregular stairs. If you have mobility issues, you may want a more modern place. If you are tall, you have to watch your head on some of the doorways. If none of this puts you off, you can have a living in a postcard experience. The tour, cooking class, and wine tasting at Colle Bereto was a highlight, but none of the vineyards disappointed us. The pizza party option upon arrival was a great way to start things off.

Relaxing stay!

After we got used to La Pesa di Sopra we enjoyed it very much. Because the initial structure has been added onto several times over the centuries, there are many steps in the abode and some very low door openings. Everything is stone, so you have to be very careful to not fall if you happen to miss a step. I wouldn't recommend this home for someone who can't do steps. The kitchen was lovely and modern. Most showers were great . . . a couple were very small. I think everyone in our group enjoyed their stay.
