- This house is great for four couples or families with older children who desire more privacy; each of the bedrooms is a standalone suite, connected via a walking path to the main house.
- Please note that only the bedrooms and entertainment room utilize air conditioning while the living room, kitchen, and dining room are cooled by an ocean air breeze when the windows are open.
- Between August 1-September 30, there may be restaurant and business closures due to hurricane season. Be sure to check availability with your Destination Concierge.
- Please note that the pool at this home is not heated.
- Please note this villa has seasonal length-of-stay requirements. High season (mid-January through mid-April) requires a minimum five-night stay, with the exception of Spring Break (mid-March to mid-April), where a 7-night minimum is required. Peak festive season (mid-December through mid-January) requires a minimum 10-night stay. And low season (mid-April through mid-December) requires minimum five-night stay.
Additional Information:
- Cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled outside of 90 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 60-89 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 67%. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 33%. Cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival will not receive any type of refund. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to four additional adults and two children are permitted over the stated occupancy at the rate of $100 per guest per night. Two adults can be accommodated on two twin-size day beds in the entertainment room, two additional guests can be accommodated on the muphy bed in the gym, and two additional children can be accommodated on child-sized day beds in two of the bedrooms.
- Pet policy: No pets allowed.
