    Deer Valley's climate is ideal for skiing in winter and exploring the outdoors in summer. Sitting 6,500 feet above sea level, Deer Valley and nearby Park City deliver crisp winters with plenty of powdery snow and dry, pleasant summers with glimmering sunshine. Snow blankets the city starting in November and generally melts by June.
